What is Innerdance? 🐍
Innerdance is a group healing modality where we honor, activate, and listen to the Primal Life Force (also known as Kundalini, Holy Spirit, etc.). It's an invitation to reconnect with your Inner Wisdom, the most precious gift of all.
It begins on a yoga mat with your eyes closed (blindfold recommended), as I play a soul-stirring playlist and provide intuitive touch to energy points on or above the body—with your consent, of course.
Specially curated musical waves will carry your consciousness through the spectrum of brainwave frequency states, blurring the line between waking and dreaming.
I will support you in Igniting Your Magic, as you embark on an inner journey that is uniquely yours. Participants regularly find this process to be healing, visionary, and profound.
What to Expect? 🐍
Expect the unexpected! You might feel an impulse to move, or maybe even laugh or cry. You are invited to trust and allow your body’s innate wisdom to express itself freely. Alternatively, you might sink deep into a trance state, experiencing psychedelic visions or waves of bliss in sacred stillness.
There is no right or wrong way to experience Innerdance; each time is uniquely different. The most important thing is your readiness to surrender to your highest possibilities.
Don't be surprised if you experience vivid dreams or percolating insights in the following days. With continued exposure to this healing energy, your brain and nervous system begin to rewire for deeper creativity and spontaneous joy. You may even discover a revitalization in your personal creative/spiritual practices like art, yoga, or qigong.
And what about Breathwork? 😮💨
I like to initiate our Innerdance journey with breathwork. This portion, lasting about 20 minutes, is designed to quiet the mind, soften the emotions, and build an energy charge. Following this, we'll flow into the Innerdance experience for another 75 minutes or so. I will guide you to find a way of breathing that feels good for you (trauma-informed). The focus is on pleasure rather than catharsis.
Breathwork, like heavy exercise, does have some contraindications. If you are currently under medical or psychological care, please let me know beforehand so we can discuss any potential contraindications. If needed, you can skip the heavy breathing and just relax.
